Course Description:

Unleash your inner superstar! This exciting 4-month program is designed specifically for kids who dream of stepping into the squared circle. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students will learn the fundamental techniques and showmanship of professional wrestling in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Our top priority is always the safety and well-being of our young athletes. The curriculum emphasizes proper form, controlled movements, and a thorough understanding of responsibly executing techniques. Participants will develop physical coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning the art of storytelling through athletic performance.

Throughout this program, students will explore:

• Fitness and healthy lifestyles encouragement.
• Fundamental Footwork and Stance: Building a strong base for all wrestling maneuvers.
• Basic Rolls and Bumps (Safety First!): Learning to fall and absorb impact safely and effectively.
• Simple Grappling and Holds: Introduction to basic holds and escapes, always with a focus on control and safety.
• Ring Awareness and Positioning: Understanding how to navigate the wrestling ring.
• Character Development and Mic Skills (Kid-Friendly): Tapping into creativity to develop a unique wrestling persona and learn basic promo delivery.
• Teamwork and Respect: Fostering a positive atmosphere of mutual respect and collaboration.

The program culminates in an exhilarating Student Showcase Event, where participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their newfound skills and characters in a friendly, non-competitive setting for family and friends.
